Registration fees for the Rochester Offshore Powerboat Association's Seneca Lake Battleship Run are non-refundable.
They are, howver, transferable. If you know someone who would like to come but was shut out, you can transfer the full value of your registration. If you don't know someone, we often have names of people on a waitlist who want to take advantage of a cancellation.
